Two things define it: **sites are scattered and remote** (one operator may run several plants in different provinces) and demand is dominated by **site consumables and PPE**. The workable setup is a single order covering all plants, distributed shipment with a separate delivery note per location, and one invoice issued to head office. Plant sites sit far from city centres; even the smallest consumable requires supply organisation. In shift-based facilities there is no “we’ll buy it tomorrow” — planned maintenance windows can’t be missed and safety equipment can’t run short. For periodic needs — PPE renewal, filter changes, chemical replenishment — we set up a scheduled supply routine. ## Six numbers that decide the specification On energy sites the material decision is settled by the class and the inspection interval written into the specification, not by the brand. These six are the technical conditions most often left out of site purchase orders — and the most expensive to leave out. Do you deliver directly to the plant site? Yes. The delivery address does not have to be your head office; we ship straight to the plant. Naming the person who will receive the goods on site — with a mobile number — in the order text is the single most effective way to avoid delays at remote locations. Can several plants be supplied on one order? Yes. One order is placed with a location breakdown table attached; each plant receives its own shipment and delivery note, and a single invoice is issued to head office. Can site consumables and PPE be sourced together? Yes — the number of categories does not split the process. Paint, hardware, electrical materials and PPE can sit on one list and be met with one quote, one shipment and one invoice. Can you support a planned maintenance outage? Outages are known in advance, so the most efficient approach is sending the list a few weeks ahead. For imported items a 4–8 week lead time is normal and we state it up front rather than promising an optimistic date. Do you ship outside Türkiye? Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage. What does an export quote include, and what does it not? It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed. Is there a minimum order for an export shipment? There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods. Consolidating several categories into one shipment is usually what makes an export order worth placing — which is the same reason our buyers consolidate domestically.
