Yes. Volume discounts apply on quantity purchases; quotes include tiered pricing tables. How does power tool warranty work? Products carry distributor warranty; in case of failure we manage the authorised service process on your behalf. What is the difference between an insulated tool and a plastic-handled tool? An insulated tool is tested and certified to IEC 60900 / EN 60900 for live working up to 1000 V AC, and is marked with the double-triangle symbol and the voltage rating. A plastic-handled tool has no such rating — the handle is for grip, not protection. For work on or near live parts only the certified tool is acceptable, and the marking is what makes it acceptable, not the appearance. Should tools be bought as a set or individually? As a set for the base kit and individually for replacement. A set covers the gaps that a memory-driven purchase misses, and the per-piece price is lower. Once the workshop is running, replacement is item-driven: the calliper and the most-used spanner sizes wear out first and are worth stocking as a spare. Can consumables and tools be quoted together? Yes, and it is the efficient way. Fasteners, abrasives, tape and lubricants are consumed continuously while tools are replaced occasionally; quoting them on one list means one order, one delivery and one invoice instead of a recurring small-order cycle. Do you ship outside Türkiye? Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage. What does an export quote include, and what does it not? It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed. Is there a minimum order for an export shipment? There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods.
