Your item list is enough — Excel, PDF, a photo or plain text. Item name, quantity and brand/model where it matters speed things up. Adding the delivery location lets us quote freight-inclusive.
Do you correspond in English?
Yes. Quotes, order confirmations and delivery documentation can be issued in English; the official invoice is issued in Turkish as required by Turkish tax rules.
What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (UTC+3) (Türkiye time, UTC+3). Requests received outside these hours are picked up the next business morning.
