Calculators for procurement and facility teams. No sign-up, no email, no data collection — everything runs in your browser.

For every question whose answer is a calculation rather than a number, see the question index.

Tools

Batch Delivery Reliability Calculator

How the number of sources changes the odds that a batch arrives on the promised date — with the correlation uncertainty shown as a range rather than hidden.

Open

Pallet and Container Loading Calculator

How many pallets fit a 20', 40' or trailer load — volume and payload limits side by side, with the mixed floor pattern that most tables miss.

Open

Stretch Film Consumption and Cost Calculator

Film per pallet, rolls per month and cost per pallet — with a pre-stretch comparison that shows where the saving actually is.

Open

Supplier Evaluation Scorecard

Eight weighted criteria, a comparable score out of 100 and a verdict you can put in an audit file.

Open

CCTV Storage and PoE Budget Calculator

Terabytes, drive count and switch power from cameras, resolution and retention — plus the pixels per metre your lens really delivers.

Open

Spare Parts Min/Max and Reorder Point Calculator

Safety stock and reorder point from usage, lead time and the variability of both — with the capital each service level ties up.

Open

Hygiene Consumables Consumption Calculator

Monthly paper, towels, soap, sanitiser and liners from headcount and site type — compared on metres, not on roll price.

Open

Office Supplies Budget Calculator

A per-head monthly norm across five categories, adjusted for how the office is actually used, to a defensible annual budget.

Open

LED Conversion Savings and Payback Calculator

Annual kWh, cost saved and payback for converting to LED — with ballast loss counted and equivalence matched on lumens, not watts.

Open

PPE Renewal and Budget Planner

Annual quantity and budget per protective item, and the four triggers that actually decide when something is replaced.

Open

Volumetric Weight and Pallet Fit Calculator

Dimensional weight on any divisor, the weight you are actually charged for, and how many cartons fit the pallet.

Open

Paint Quantity Calculator

Litres from area and coats, the tin sizes that make up the quantity, and why the spreading rate is a range rather than a number.

Open

Supplier Consolidation Transaction Cost Calculator

What your ordering process actually costs, what fewer suppliers would save, and the price rise that would cancel the saving out.

Open

Workplace Catering Consumption Calculator

Monthly tea, coffee, water and disposables from headcount — compared on cost per serving, not price per kilo.

Open

Air Filter Energy and Change Interval Calculator

The pressure-drop trigger that is actually correct, and the fan energy that usually costs more than the filter does.

Open

Generator and UPS Sizing Calculator

Continuous kVA, motor starting demand and a UPS runtime that accounts for the rate effect — with a warning when the set would be too big.

Open

Emergency Lighting Lux and Luminaire Count Calculator

EN 1838 minimum lux by area type, the luminaire count from the lumen method, and the spacing limit that keeps the light uniform.

Open

Printed Workwear Cost Calculator

Set-up separated from per-piece cost, so screen printing, transfer and embroidery quotes can be compared at your real quantity.

Open

Cable Short-Circuit Withstand Calculator

The I²t ≤ k²S² check with k computed from the IEC 60364-5-54 Annex A formula rather than read from a table, plus the minimum size required.

Open

Single-Source Risk and Second Supplier Calculator

The annual cost of a second source against the expected outage cost it removes — and the outage probability at which the decision turns.

Open

Minimum Order Quantity and True Unit Cost Calculator

What a MOQ and a pack multiple really cost you per unit needed, how long the surplus sits, and whether the next price tier pays.

Open

Urgent Shipment Calculator: Air Freight or Road?

Chargeable weight in each mode, the cost difference against the value of the days gained, and the break-even daily cost of delay.

Why these tools are free

The slowest step in buying is not asking for a quote — it is deciding how much to ask for. Until the quantity is settled, quotes cannot be compared, budgets do not hold and stock either runs out or sits in a warehouse.

These calculators solve that step. Everything runs in your browser: no data is sent to a server, no sign-up, no email. Using the result with your own supplier is fine by us.

More tools, in Turkish

Six further calculators are published on the Turkish side of the site — fire extinguisher counts, cable sizing and voltage drop, safety signage sizes, ventilation airflow, document retention and fleet equipment lists. Several of those read against Turkish regulation limits, which is why they stayed Turkish. The interfaces are in Turkish, but the inputs are numbers and units, so they travel: see the full tool set.

If a specific one would be useful to you in English, tell us on the contact page — the ones people ask for get translated first.

The words on the paperwork

Buying in Türkiye means reading Turkish documents. Our glossary of Turkish procurement terms covers the words that turn up on quotes, delivery notes, invoices and customs paperwork — irsaliye, cari hesap, GTİP, KDV tevkifatı — with the English equivalent and what each one means for you in practice.

Turning a result into a quote

Every calculator that produces a quantity has a “Turn this into a quote request” button below the result. It carries the figures into the quote form so you only need to add brand preference, packing and the delivery address. For shipments outside Türkiye, add the destination country and the Incoterms rule you work with — our export shipping guide explains the choices.

Send your list — your quote is ready within 1 business day.

A list, a photo or an Excel file — whatever is easiest. On standard items most quotes go out the same business day. Custom production, imports or 50+ line lists can take longer; when they do, we tell you the timeline in writing on the day we receive the request.
