AKSCO’s own scope is material supply. Where assembly is required we can organise it in and around İstanbul and price it as a separate line in the quote; at out-of-province locations goods are delivered to site and assembly is carried out by your own team or contractor.

Yes. We provide fabric/colour swatches and, where possible, product samples before you decide.

Not by default. We supply materials; assembly and installation are outside our general scope. Within İstanbul, assembly can be arranged on request and appears as a separate line in the quote so you can see exactly what it costs. For deliveries elsewhere in Türkiye our commitment ends with delivery to your location.

Yes, and for any order above a handful of units it is worth the few days it takes. Screen colours are unreliable for fabrics and laminates, and a chair that suits one team can be wrong for another. Sample chairs are usually available on a trial basis; fabric and laminate cards are sent at no charge.

For stock ranges in stock colours, one to two weeks. For non-stock finishes or made-to-order desking, three to six weeks. Plan the access survey early — lift dimensions and door widths have stopped more deliveries than production delays. If the move-in date is fixed, tell us the date in the request and we will quote what can actually be delivered by then.

Yes. We deliver across all 81 provinces of Türkiye and arrange export shipments abroad. On export orders the delivery term is agreed at quotation stage under Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP — and the quote states which party arranges and pays for carriage, and where our responsibility ends. Country of origin, HS code and any conformity documents needed for export are settled at the same stage.

It includes the goods, export packing where required, and carriage up to the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. It does not include destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges — those sit with the buyer. Cargo insurance is not automatic under EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP; if you want it arranged, say so in the request and it appears as a separate line. Turkish VAT is zero-rated on exports once export clearance is completed.

There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics set a practical floor: on a low-value single-line order, carriage can exceed the value of the goods. Consolidating several categories into one shipment is usually what makes an export order worth placing — which is the same reason our buyers consolidate domestically. Tell us the delivery country and we will say honestly whether the freight makes sense before you spend time on a specification.
